Trip Information

We offer 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 hour trips as well as a 2-day trip.  Shark Fishing trips are also available. We offer trolling and bottom fishing:     TROLLING: you catch King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Dolphin, Bonita, and Blue Fish     BOTTOM: you catch Red Snapper, White Snapper, Vermillion Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, and Trigger Fish  

A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING A TRIP.  WE ACCEPT MASTERCARD AND VISA.

CANCELLATION POLICY

"Company" as used in this policy  statement means "Charter Boat Kelley Girl and Lady Kelley." 

Payment for charter is due in full prior to vessel departing on trip.  A cash deposit or valid credit card number is required to reserve a future day and time for a chartered trip.  If a trip is canceled prior to 10 days of departure, customer will receive a full refund of the deposit.  If the trip is canceled 24 hours prior to departure or within 10 days of departure, a deposit of $300 will be required and non-refundable.  If a trip is canceled within 24 hours of departure, 100% of the total fare is due to the company. Any party charged for cancellation of a trip without 10 days of departure will be refunded the amount charged for any of the following reasons:

• The vessel reserved is rehired by another party for the same type of trip.
• Inclement weather would have prevented the vessel from departing.
• The vessel is unable to depart due to mechanical failure.

This policy remains in full effect and may be viewed at any time aboard any vessel owned or operated by the company.
